About MyHealth Tracker
The Problem
As a patient, it is difficult to track all the complex aspects of our health. Information is spread across multiple providers (doctors, labs, hospitals, pharmacies, insurance companies), making it hard to get a full view of your medical history, vaccinations, lab trends, and medications over time.
Our Value Proposition
MyHealth provides a consolidated view of all your health information with the ability to track changes over time and produce summaries that you can use to provide medical professionals with a clear picture of your current and historical medical condition and/or you can use with other analytical tools like AI.
